For the McPherson Square Library Roof Replacement project located at 601 E. Indiana Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134. PRA will accept questions and requests for additional information directed in writing to RFP@phdc.phila.gov up to 3pm on Tuesday, 05/7/2024. Questions, responses, and additional information will be posted on the PRA Website within 5 business days of this date. Answers to Question posted by PRA Monday 5/13/2024 McPherson Square Library Roof Replacement project located at 601 E. Indiana Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134 proposes Replace roof system in kind (SBS ModBit shingles, flashing, gutters, downspouts); replace custom copper dome with oculus; masonry restoration of chimney and terracotta cornice; replace underground stormwater system and related sitework; restore interior dome plaster. Note building has historic designation and potential State and Federal funding. For complete scope of work please refer to the Construction Drawings (Attachment A) and the Specifications (Attachment 2). This project is part of the City's Rebuilding Community Infrastructure Program ("Rebuild").
