Scope of Services: To establish and/or provide maintenance of native planting areas at various locations throughout the City, many of which surround manmade lakes and drainage areas. The scope of services may include selective cutting, conservation mowing, spot and boom spray herbicide application, prescribed burn, and native seeding. To establish and/or provide maintenance of native planting areas at various locations throughout the City. The locations of the areas to be maintained under this scope of services, many of which surround manmade lakes and drainage areas, includes Cherry Hill Lake, Greenfield Lake, Orchard Lake, Aurora Police Department, SEC of Orchard and Galena, Canoe Chute under New York Street Bridge, Indian Trail and Farnsworth, and Riverwalk behind River Street Condos at Benton. The scope of services may include selective cutting, conservation mowing, spot and boom spray herbicide application, prescribed burn, and native seeding. This City of Aurora is seeking a one-year contract, with two additional one-year extensions if mutually agreeable to both parties. The unit prices listed in the schedule of prices shall remain the same if an extension(s) is executed. Please note that due to budgetary limitations, the full scope of services requested will likely not be performed in its entirety and some locations may be excluded all together.
