Access System Control Upgrade in the David L. Gunn Building, H. C. Patten Building, and William McBrien Building. TIMELINE: Request For Proposals for the multi-discipline design, design build, and engineering services for evaluation, assessment, analysis and design of the Building Access Control System. The Consultant may be required to perform safety surveys as requested and directed by the Commission's Representative. The Consultant must be able to mobilize within 24 hours or less of notification and perform a complete visual assessment of the problem identified. As part of the safety survey, the Consultant must be able to prepare and formulate corrective measures and submit recommendations to the Commission's Representative for immediate attention. The consultant shall provide one or more of the following Engineering Services on an as required basis: .1 A complete engineering assessment and analysis of the current access control and fire alarm system in regard to ULC and applicable codes compliance. .2 Preparation of presentation materials. .3 Full design services including responsibility for application of Engineering seal - as required by the licensing and regulating Professional Engineers Ontario body - on work prepared. .4 Drafting and design services, including multi-disciplinary co-ordination of design disciplines.
