Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidder: Locker Companies DBA Inspired Floors for the amount of $207,967.00 The VAN BUREN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT is soliciting competitive bids for the removal and disposal, replacement, and new installation of flooring located at the following three locations: Bert Goens Learning Center, 705 S. Paw Paw Street, Lawrence, MI 49064; Community-based Transition Center, 811 Hazen Street, Paw Paw, MI 49079; and Maple Creek Education Center, 30 S. Walnut Street, Bangor, MI 49013. All bids must include a Bid Security for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, including alternates, payable to the Van Buren Intermediate School District (VBISD), in either the form of a certified bank check or bid bond. If awarded the Contract, the awarded bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Bidding Documents. Work must be completed on or before August 16, 2024. This project does not require a prevailing wage.
