DeKalb County School District, Georgia is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified firm to perform Construction Management at Risk Services as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto for Group 1 Security Vestibules listed below in the Scope of Services. The CM is responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the construction Project. The Construction Management Firm is to provide all construction management services to deliver to the owner a safe, finished, and fully functioning middle vestibule within the estimated construction budget.
