Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) CHP Mountain Pass Joint Point of Entry (JPOE) Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Generator Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Equipment: Generator Marathon Electric Generator, Model No. 433CSL6220 and Serial No. MT0014380-1014, rated at 400 KW. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2027. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays.
