The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting quotes from Certified Small Business Vendors to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES for the CHP VENTURA AREA OFFICE, and Ventura Communication Center (VCC) as specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). The resulting contract agreement will be written for a term of twelve (12) months with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months by the state at the custodian rates and blended benefits required by the California Department of Human Resources. The CHP reserves the right to bar any Contractor's employee from the work site.The State is not required to award an agreement and reserves the right to reject all quotes. LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Local County or City Business License Quantities listed on Quote Request Form are the State's estimates only and are offered as a basis for comparison of quotes. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 04:00 p.m. MUST be submitted in writing VIA EMAIL to Sri Krishnamurthy, Contract Analyst, at sridharan.krishnamurthy@chp.ca.gov Answers to questions will be provided via Addendum. ANTICIPATED AGREEMENT TERM: 07/01/2024 or Upon Approval, whichever is later, through 06/30/2025.
