The relocation of the Lake K Clay Stockpile to the City of Lloydminster owned undeveloped lands located between 73 Avenue, i.e., Lakeshore Estates, and 75 Avenue, south of 23 Street. The Lake K Clay Stockpile is currently located east of 40 Avenue, north of 36 Street, adjacent the Cenovus Energy Hub Events Centre project site. The relocation of the Lake K Clay Stockpile to the area east of 75 Avenue will include: Dewatering of the Project Site. Topsoil stripping and stockpiling, vegetation clearing, grubbing and disposal. Dredging of the existing borrow bit bottom(s) in preparation for clay fill embankment and compaction. Excavation to the design subgrade elevation including loading, hauling, moisture conditioning, and placement/compaction of excess/embankment material. Loading, hauling, moisture conditioning, and placement/compaction of owner supplied import clay fill. Berm and ditch contouring and compaction. Topsoil placement from the on-site stockpile and application of seed within the east 75 Avenue ditch and berm. Documents can be obtained from https://lloydminster.bidsandtenders.ca/
