As of July 28, 2025, this RFP has been awarded. An architecture firm has been selected for this RFP. It is for a design study only and no construction is planned at this time. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference: -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scope of Services and Deliverables to be provided: Services proposed to be provided (10 points): o Proposed scope of services is appropriate for all phases of the work. Scope addresses all known project needs Schedule (5 points) o Proposed preliminary schedule is reasonable. Project Deliverables (5 points): o Deliverables are appropriate to scope set forth in the requirements. The template contains the minimal standard language. The Standard Services Agreement will include Appendix E, Federal Contract Provisions. Specific contract terms, including the scope of services may be drafted and negotiated based on this RFP and the proposal proposal(s). The RFP specifications, terms, conditions and Exhibits, RFP Addenda and Proposer's proposal, may be incorporated into and made a part of any contract that may be awarded as a result of this RFP. The County reserves the right to reject any or all responses that materially differ from any terms contained in this RFP including Exhibits and any addendums, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in responses received, and to provide an opportunity for Proposers to correct minor and immaterial errors contained in their submissions. The decision as to what constitutes a minor irregularity shall be made solely at the discretion of the County. Violation; liability for unpaid wages; liquidated damages. In the event of any violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section the contractor and any subcontractor responsible therefor shall be liable for the unpaid wages. In addition, such contractor and subcontractor shall be liable to the United States (in the case of work done under contract for the District of Columbia or a territory, to such District or to such territory), for liquidated damages. Such liquidated damages shall be computed with respect to each individual laborer or mechanic, including watchmen and guards, employed in violation of the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section, in the sum of $26 for each calendar day on which such individual was required or permitted to work in excess of the standard workweek of forty hours without payment of the overtime wages required by the clause set forth in paragraph (1) of this section. Only written questions submitted via email and by the stated deadline will be addressed in an RFP Question and Answer (Q&A) following the Networking Conference. Should there be a need to amend or revise the RFP, an Addendum will be issued following the Networking Conference. The Q&A and Addendum are the final stance of the County.
