Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of at least 90 days from date of opening. Complete insurance coverage will be required from the successful bidder prior to signing the contract. Liquidated Damages: $500/day late for Substantial Completion, $250/day late for Final Completion *The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, re-advertise a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a bid that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder.
