The purpose of this bid is to have parking lot repairs completed that include removing and replacing asphalt, striping and repainting curbs, seal coating and striping for Harbor Parking Lot #10. The contractor to whom the contract is awarded shall be required to possess a Class "A" General Contractor's License, or "C-12" General Building Contractor's License at the time the contract is awarded. Estimated Start Date July 1, 2024 Time is of the essence in the performance of work under this contract. All work shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the Engineer, exclusive of Maintenance Periods, within 100 calendar days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The timing of 100 calendar days includes the time to apply a seal coat three (3) months after completion of the original work. Location of Work: City of Oceanside Harbor Parking Lot #10.
