The Town of West Hartford is requesting proposals from qualified firms licensed in the State of Connecticut to provide a "uniform inspection and evaluation of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system" for each of the sixteen West Hartford Public Schools (WHPS) buildings. Provide your overall approach to satisfying the needs of the Town for this Uniform Inspection and Evaluation of HVAC Systems project. Include a specific work plan with a timeline schedule for project completion including a listing of project deliverables. Please note that the state has stated a deadline of January 1, 2025, for completing this work.
