The project is at Waynesville-St. Robert Regional Forney Field at Fort Leonard Wood, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced. _________________________________ Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Performing All Work Necessary to Do the Complete the Project Titled: Construct New TBN Terminal at Waynesville - St. Robert Regional Airport. A site visit of the existing terminal building and associated greenfield construction site will be held after the prebid conference concludes. Question Deadline 05/18/2024. Questions regarding bids shall be directed to Robert Osborne, Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell at rosborne@burnsmcd.com or by calling (737) 787 - 6690. Technical questions and requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing (traditional mail or email) to the Project Manager, Robert Osborne, no later than 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date. Questions and clarifications shall be submitted to: Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., 9400 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri 64114, by telephone at 816-337-0824, and/or via email at rosborne@burnsmcd.com. The geotechnical report completed for the project is available upon request. Requests shall be sent to Robert Osborne at rosborne@burnsmcd.com. The overall contract time for this project is 385 calendar days, with 90 of those days being allotted to Phase 1, and the balance of days (295 days) allotted to phase 2. Runway 15-33 will remain open for the duration of the project along with Taxiway A north of the military ramp, Taxiway B, Taxiway C, Taxiway C1 and Taxiway C2. Taxiway A south of the Extended Military Ramp will be closed during Phase 1B as shown in Appendix A. The project will be constructed under one Base Bid. Description of Project: This project will construct a new greenfield airport terminal for the cities of Waynesville and St. Robert. B. Work Covered by Contract Documents: Tasks included as part of this project include but are not limited to: 1. Entrance Road Construction 2. Parking Lot Construction 3. Terminal Building Construction a. Karst Mitigation will be performed at this site. b. TSA screening equipment will be relocated from the existing terminal to this new terminal.
