The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Implementation of a road closure and detour plan, removal of the existing culvert and replacement with a new precast concrete box culvert measuring 10-foot clear span by 4 foot rise, all necessary excavations and backfilling to set the new culvert, cast-in-place concrete wingwalls, temporary waterway diversion structures and cofferdams, new box beam guide rail installation, temporary waterline bypass and permanent reconstruction, and site restoration. The total reconstruction length is approximately 125 feet.
