Standard of Construction Specifications for Wastewater Collection Systems, Water Lines, Storm Drainage, Street Paving, and Traffic as adopted by the City of Houston in 2019 and any current amendments thereto. b. Harris County Engineering Department Standard Engineering Design Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Roads and Bridges, Revised 2017 and current revisions thereto. c. Harris County Flood Control District 2005 Standard Specifications for Construction Book and current revisions thereto. d. Texas Highway Department. Standard Specification for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges November 2014 or current revisions thereto. B. Where a portion of the reference specification is modified or deleted herein, the unaltered portions of the specification shall remain in effect.
