Renovation of a fire / police facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Flooring Replacement- Oshkosh Police Department M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Bidder to provide all materials and labor to replace flooring in two rooms of the Oshkosh Police Department including the Packaging Room and Lab Room. Packaging Room: Bidder to remove existing vinyl tile and vinyl base in the Packaging Room. Bidder to install new 12" x 12" ceramic tile and a 4" tall vinyl base. All work to be done between regular business hours. Bidder is responsible for removing any waste from their project via their own vehicle(s). City to select color for materials after award. Upon award, bidder will be required to submit date of birth and full legal name of all employees that will be working on site for background checks. Lab Room: City will have existing vinyl tile floor and base removed and abated. Floor will be mechanically abated. Bidder to install new 12" x 12" ceramic tile and a 4" tall vinyl base. All work to be done between regular business hours. Bidder is responsible for removing any waste from their project via their own vehicle(s). City to select color for materials after award. Upon award, bidder will be required to submit date of birth and full legal name of all employees that will be working on site for background checks.
