The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed well with foundation; one (1) bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) hydropneumatic tank including foundation; three (3) horizontal split case booster pumps with foundations; install one (1) diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS (provided by others), install 24-hour subbase fuel tank (provided by others), and construct the foundation; pre-engineered canopy; two (2) fiberglass reinforced plastic chemical feed buildings with foundation; disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalks; wood fence and gate; grading, and drainage swales; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. By February 25, 2025, the Contractor shall provide the Engineer with the interim well approval documents for the TCEQ. The interim well approval documents for the TCEQ shall include the cementing certificate, state of Texas well report, driller's log, material settings, results of 36-hour pump test, chemical analyses, three passing bacteriological samples from the well, and all other documents required by the TCEQ for interim well approval. All the work necessary to provide these items, including completion of the well, disinfection, temporary or permanent power supply, and accessories to provide the bacteriological samples, shall be completed by February 25, 2025.
