The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above. The work (project) includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sludge Pumping System Rehabilitation. The rehabilitation includes full upgrade and rehabilitation of the return activated sludge (RAS) and waste activated sludge (WAS) pump station and its electrical feed and control systems; and miscellaneous site improvements including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work is located at the Utilities Department at 1401 Glades Road. Any questions a Bidder may have during and/or as a result of the site visit shall be directed to the City in writing as detailed in Item 7 of the Instructions to Bidders. Any statements made by City representatives during any site visit are not binding on the City. A Written request to return the bid security shall be submitted to Fernando J.
