The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, Geotechnical Services Branch invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The services to be provided will be geotechnical engineering expertise on an as needed as directed basis focused on canals, levees, dams, and other DWR facilities (including embankments and foundations) with particular emphasis in safety. Contractor will be required to review, evaluate, and analyze geotechnical engineering parameters; develop engineering documents; prepare geotechnical engineering reports related to facilities owned or under the responsibility of DWR, including State Water Project (SWP) facilities.
