The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for upgrade to existing field lighting at Children's Memorial Park Baseball Field LED located at 6601 W. Gowan Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89108. To insure the City is able to meet your needs, please submit requests at least 2 business days in advance. Bids submitted via NGEM shall include a copy of the Bid Security in the form of Response Attachment 1.2 - Bid Bond, or a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Money Order. Hard copy Bids submitted in accordance with ITB 5.3 must include the original Bid Security with the sealed Bid. Bidder acknowledges that failure to comply with all requirements of ITB 6.3 shall result in the rejection of that Bid without consideration. If the Successful Bidder fails to furnish required bonds and insurance or execute the Owner-Contractor Agreement in accordance with ITB 9, the Bid Security may be forfeited to the Owner or Liquidated Damages in the amount of $250 per day may be assessed.
