This project should be bid on according to the housing rehabilitation specifications. The offeror agrees to furnish the following items or services to the City of Fort Pierce at the place specified, in accordance with specifications herein. This project should be bid according to the housing rehabilitation specifications set forth below. Project Bid must be all inclusive. o Repair 2nd bathroom ADA compliant o Renovate master bathroom o Replace main entry door o Replace 2 exterior door o Repair fascia and soffit o Replace HVAC o Replace all windows - impact o Repair miscellaneous drywall throughout o Replace water heater (gas to electric) o Misc. Electrical throughout (switches, outdoor covers) o Replace/install Smoke Detector(s) o Permits for all work must be included.
