Reference Number 0000350692 The Tree Trimming contract shall include trees within the public road right-of-way between the sidewalk and the curb. The trimming will begin at the south end of the city working north, covering all City streets between I-94 to Jefferson. Location of work has option to be expanded if time and budget allow. It is the intent of the City to award the project on Monday, June 3, 2024. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No The City shall reserve the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice due to poor performance or for any reason deemed to be in its best interest. The City Administration will be solely responsible for determining acceptable performance levels. The City reserves the right to retain these services in-house, re-award or to re-bid the Contract in whatever manner is deemed to be in its best interest.
