Tucker Senior Apartments, 15 Chateau Thierry Avenue, Madison, in the County of Bergen. the Authority Reserves the Unqualified Right to Waive Any Informalities in Proposals and to Reject Any and All Proposals if It is in the Best Interest of the Authority to Do So. The Proposals Are Being Solicited Through a Fair and Open Process in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 19:44-a- 20.5 Et Seq. The Madison Housing Authoritys Rexford S. Tucker Senior Apartments (hereinafter the Facility) is located at 15 Chateau Thierry Avenue, Madison, New Jersey 07940. The facility was constructed in 1986 and consists of a total of eighty (80) residential units. The building is a four-story elevator brick building with a lobby, community room, laundry room, boiler room, generator room, elevator room. As described below, the locations of the Scope of Work to be performed under this RFP are on the roof of the building plus such other locations on the premises as may be determined necessary by the Professional to accomplish the Scope of Work. Full attention is to be given to each of the mechanical components and systems to be replaced and/ or upgraded under this Project to maximize energy efficiency and to maximize the quality of air delivered to the spaces served by the mechanical components and systems including meeting best industry standards and health standards to minimize impacts including such as from Covid-19.
