Do you want us to suggest change orders if we see any large amounts of sealant missing where water could be protruding inside the greenhouse If large amount of sealant is missing around a piece of glass, it needs to be removed and reset. End of changes This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, utilizing FAR part 13 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1125706 and this combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03, dated February 23, 2024. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 238150 Glass and Glazing Contractors and a size standard of $19.0M. The resulting award will be for one (1) firm fixed price line items. CLIN 0001 will be for one lump sum amount to perform maintenance on all broken and slipped glass on Building 011 (5) greenhouses and corridors.
