Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seaside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes demolition and reconstruction of the existing kitchen, including casework, countertops, appliances, non-structural walls, MEP systems, non-structural concrete slab sections, and interior finishes. The project also includes the construction of an ADA compliant parking stall and relocation of bus stop features, which includes asphalt and concrete paving, and temporary traffic and storm water controls. A California Class B General Building Contractor license is required of the prime contractor to bid this contract. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to Owner. No addenda will be issued to Bidders after the 3rd day preceding the date set for the receipt of Bids. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
