Renovation of a residential development in Paris, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Specifications: Window replacement: Vender to provide: 1. Shall Construct any and all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 2. Contractor to furnish all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete project. 3. All Work to be done with in (60 days or time period for receiving new materials) from time of bid being awarded. 4. Prevent unnecessary damage to any part of bldg. 5. Contractor is responsible for any and all post-project clean-up. 6. To remove all debris (including nails and medals, all disposable materials offsite) at the end of each work day. 7. Contractor to work during normal business hours. 8. All work must be scheduled with park officials. 9. Contractor to provide all necessary Taxes and Freight. 10. Must provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. 11. Contractor to furnish Workmen's Comp., General Liability Insurances. 12. Contractor is responsible for all materials deliveries and protection of during construction. 13. Contractor is responsible for protection of bldg. from elements during all periods of construction. 14. Vender to furnish tools, equipment, labor to take out/remove all exterior windows and dispose from job site. 15. Vender to install new insulated Anderson windows # ADH2450 wood interior to be clear finished. E4 glass, hardware lock & keeper antique bras, Grille pattern colonial grille with 3/4 " aluminum clad exterior color cocoa bean and exterior rough sawed pine as needed. To be single hung 1/1 Insulated, Clear, Argon Gas. With new interior jambs and trim along with exterior trim to match existing windows with rough sawed pine. 16. Also to be stained, finished interior & primer and paint exterior to match existing windows trim with same type of materials. The bid price does not cover any unforeseen damage or work discovered. Any discovered damage or unforeseen issues will be reported to a park official, Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in writing and will then be submitted to the ADPT Central Office Buyer, prior to any repair work being completed, for approval and any adjustment to the purchase order. Information regarding the repair should include all labor, materials and cost. Project Task: Replace windows and rotten framing at CCC Dormitory windows.
