Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pioche, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes elements to rehabilitate the North Campground at Echo Canyon State Park. The scope includes the removal of one existing comfort station near the south end of the campground and installation of two heated, two-stall flushing comfort stations and showers at the south and north ends of the campground. A new concrete parking stall and sidewalks will be added to each comfort station to provide ADA compliant access. Power, water, septic and propane utilities will be upgraded and/or added to serve the comfort stations, electric and sewer connections will be installed to serve the RV Camp Host site, and frost-free hydrants will replace the existing water spigots at each of the 35 camp sites.
