The successful contractor, as an option, may receive advance payment by providing statutory and performance bonds found in Optional Statutory and Performance Bond Required for Successful Contractor Advance Payment. Inclusion of these bonds is optional and submission is not necessary to constitute a "responsive bid." Funding for this project is provided through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000 (ten million dollars). All quotes received at said time will be opened and evaluated for completeness and correctness. All materials furnished shall be in accordance with the Specifications prepared by Keithline Engineering Group, and on file in the office of Manager, Waurika Lake Master Conservancy District. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to correct any non-material clerical errors in the bidding as allowed under Oklahoma Law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Conditional quotes shall not be accepted. Supplier shall provide four medium voltage power distribution centers with scada at three sites, meeting section 26-0591: 2.1.1 power distribution center "e-house" (design hp: 700hp), complete, f.O.B. Waurika intake pump structure nlt november 1, 2025 2.1.2 power distribution center "e-house" (design hp: 400hp), complete, f.O.B. Wlmcd intake & pump structure nlt november 1, 2025 2.1.3 power distribution center "e-house" (design hp:600hp), complete, f.O.B. Lawton relift station nlt october 1, 2025 2.1.4 power distribution center "e-house" (design hp: 200hp), complete, f.O.B. Duncan relift station nlt october 1, 2025 this purchase is part of a larger multi-contract, multi-site, interrelated set of projects with numerous connected components, varying equipment lead times, and varying schedules for completion. Refer to the specifications for specific requirements related to coordination between contracts, critical completion dates, outage duration limitations, and similar contractual requirements.
