Modification to existing box culvert and installation of an additional box culvert under Garnett Road to increase the amount of stormwater flow conveyed through the culverts to prevent overtopping of Garnett in large storm events. Krystal Amberg, Contract Administrator, at 918-272-4959 via email engineering@CityOfOwasso.com During regular working hours (Mon.-Thurs. 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Fri. 7:30 am -11:30 am) This project is bid in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act. Modification to existing box culvert and installation of an additional box culvert under Garnett Road to increase the amount of stormwater flow conveyed through the culverts to prevent overtopping of Garnett in large storm events. The guaranty of the successful bidder will not be returned until the performance and maintenance and statutory payment bonds have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a proposal guaranty.
