Site work and paving for a road / highway in Deforest, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This year includes approximately 6 miles of chip sealing on various roads with two areas of roads as alternate bids to be decided upon receipt. Bids should be based on 3/8-inch quartz rock chip material with a minimum of three compacting rollers used in the application process and a single seal. Alternate bids should be based on 1/4-inch quartz rock chip material with a minimum of three compacting rollers used in the application process and a single seal. The alternate bid would include sweeping excess material. The Town of Vienna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous. The Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
