Generally, the Work covered by the Plans and Specifications consists of the materials, labor, tools, and equipment required installation of approximately 11,200 LF 4-inch gas supply line, 9,500 LF 2-inch gas distribution lines Bond(s) - Bid(5.0%) Est. Value: $ 820,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Oct. 3, 2025 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None Should the Contractor fail to complete its obligations under the Contract within the time required herein or within such extra time as may have been granted by formal extensions of time approved by the Owner, there will be deducted from any amount due to the Contractor the sum of $1,000 per day for each and every calendar day that the completion of the Work is delayed. The Contractor and his Surety will be liable for any excess. Such payment will be as and for liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 30 days, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner
