Oak Valley Drive at Halfway Boulevard Sidewalk Installation The Contractor shall (within specified tolerances) perform all work in accordance with the lines, grades, typical cross sections, dimensions, and other data shown on the Drawings or as modified by written orders including the furnishing of all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, and all other things necessary to the satisfactory prosecution and completion of the Project in full compliance with the Contract Documents. The documents composing the Contract Documents are intended to be complementary, and to describe the construction and completion of the Work. Anything mentioned in the Specifications and not shown on the Drawings and not mentioned in the Specifications shall have like effect as if it is shown or mentioned in both. The intention of the Contract Documents is to include all labor, materials, equipment and other items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work and which is reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents to produce the intended results. The terms and conditions of the Contract Documents control over any conflicting terms and conditions of any Purchase Order issued to fund the payments under this Contract.
