It is the intent of this specification to obtain an annual price agreement for the purchase of ready-mix concrete for the City of Grand Prairie Public Works Street Department. 2. PRODUCT AND REQUIREMENTS 2.1 These specifications shall govern for Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) to be used by the City of Grand Prairie in concrete pavement, concrete structures, and other concrete construction. All PCC shall be proportioned and batched from a central plant and delivered to the job site by transit mix truck and shall be ready for immediate use. 2.2 Vendors shall submit a mix design with their bid.
