The Airport Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. MBE (6.3%), WBE (6.9%) Construction Notice to Proceed - Anticipated July 2024 End Construction - Anticipated September 2024 Phase 1 - Sierra Deicing Pad Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 1 duration for the Sierra deicing pad will be 30 calendar days. Closures during Phase 1 will be limited to the Sierra deicing pad. Phase 2 - Sierra Deicing Pad Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 2 duration for the Sierra deicing pad will be 10 calendar days. Closures during Phase 2 will be limited to the Sierra deicing pad and Taxiway 'Z' between Taxiway 'E' and the northern limit of the deicing apron. Phase 3 - Sierra Deicing Pad Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 3 duration for the Sierra deicing pad will be 10 calendar days. Closures during Phase 3 will be limited to the Sierra deicing pad, Taxiway 'Z' between Taxiway 'E' and the northern limit of the deicing apron, and Taxiway 'E'. Phase 1 - Charlie Deicing Pad Contractor will begin mobilization. A staging area will be established, and a survey/layout will be completed. Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices. Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 1 duration for the Charlie deicing pad will be 10 calendar days. Closures during Phase 1 will be limited to the Charlie deicing pad, Taxiway 'C' (between Taxiway 'T' and Taxiway 'B1'), Phase 2 - Charlie Deicing Pad Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices. Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 2 duration for the Charlie deicing pad will be 7 calendar days. Closures during Phase 2 will be limited to the Charlie deicing pad, Taxiway 'B' between Taxiway 'V' and Taxiway 'B1', Taxiway 'T' between Taxiway 'V1' and Taxiway 'B', Taxiway 'C' between Taxiway 'V' and Taxiway 'T', and Taxiway 'AA' and Taxiway 'B2'. Phase 3 - Charlie Deicing Pad Contractors will place the temporary low-profile barricades and E&S control devices. Pavement rehabilitation including joint and crack resealing and spall repair will be done. Removal of temporary barricades and E&S control devices. General clean-up for the site. Phase 3 duration for the Charlie deicing pad will be 7 calendar days. Closures during Phase 3 will be limited to the Charlie deicing pad, Taxiway 'B' between Taxiway 'B2' and Taxiway 'N', Taxiway 'A' between Taxiway 'AA' and Runway '28R', and Taxiway 'B1'.
