Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bid Valid 64 Days from Bid Opening Date Liquidated Damages $1000 per day for each calendar day. The scope of work includes but is not limited to; reconstruction of select concrete infrastructure, including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and drive approaches, and reconstruction of street pavement sections, including milling, base repair, and paving with asphalt concrete. This bid package includes eight (8) separate project locations, that are being combined into one single bid package. These project locations are in residential neighborhoods, and collector and arterial streets. Since these project locations are in occupied neighborhoods, the project delivery will be done in a manner to minimize the impact to residents and traffic. The project delivery will be conducted in numerical order, and contractor will be required to complete 100% of the work, as determined by City Engineer, including all streets paved and reopened to traffic, and all concrete infrastructure constructed and open to traffic, prior to being authorized to proceed to the next project location.
