Renovation of a detention facility in Lexington, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Dawson County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the commercial dishwasher located in the Dawson County Jail, 709 North Grant, Lexington, NE 68850, and includes the removal of the dishwasher, installation of the new dishwasher and all finish work. All such dishwasher shall be furnished in accordance with the specifications provided by the Dawson County Sheriff. No alterations in the proposal by erasures or interlineations will be permitted unless initialed by the bidder. The bids should be sealed and addressed to the Dawson County Clerk, 700 North Washington St., Rm A, Lexington, NE 68850, and be labeled on the outside, Bid for Dawson County Dishwasher. The County of Dawson, Lexington, Nebraska hereby reserves the right to accept that bid, which in its judgment will be the best advantage of the County, whether or not it is the lowest bid; and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any proposal.
