The Project includes the installation of approximately 250 lf of water main including directional bore across US Hwy 74 and connection to an existing system There is not a pre-bid conference for this project. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Town of Marshville, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm; and the office of the Engineer, LKC Engineering, PLLC, located at 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen NC 28315, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent to the Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Question Deadline May 13, 2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
