Apprenticeship Lab Improvements - Wausau Campus located at the Wausau Campus, 1000 West Campus Drive, Wausau, WI 54401 Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions pertaining to this IFB must be in writing only and emailed to ebidding@ntc.edu No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guaran- tee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Northcentral Technical College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids.
