Reference Number 0000350755 The Town of Los Gatos is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide contract janitorial services at Town facilities. Services include routine general cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning, window washing, and other cleaning services provided on a scheduled periodic basis. Description and Location: The project includes janitorial services in 14 Town owned facilities within the Town of Los Gatos totaling approximately 80,000 square feet of serviceable space. This includes 10 restrooms in 5 parks. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes *The Town will award the Project to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. responsive bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in any bids. The Town's determination as to which bid is the lowest responsible bid and is for the best interest of the Town shall be final. The Town shall have SIXTY (60) calendar days from and after the opening of the bids within which to make its determination.
