The confirmation letter must be on the subcontractor's company letterhead with original signature. If applicable, CalVet will email clarification notices or addenda to inform all persons/businesses receiving this SFQ. Exceptions may occur, at CalVet's discretion, just before or on the SFQ response due date to extend the submission deadline. If this occurs, CalVet will contact potential proposers of the extension by sending an email notifying proposer of an addendum. Please note that no verbal information given will be binding upon CalVet unless such information is issued in writing as an official addendum. In addition to any condition previously indicated in this SFQ, the following occurrences may cause CalVet to deem a SFQ response as nonresponsive: a. Failure of a proposer to submit all required documents listed in this SFQ. b. A proposer submits a SFQ response that is conditional, materially incomplete or contains material alterations or irregularities of any kind. If an inconsistency or conflict arises between the terms and conditions appearing in the final Agreement and the proposed terms and conditions appearing in this SFQ, the inconsistency or conflict will be resolved by giving precedence to the Agreement.
