Design services for the complete replacement of the roof (surface, insulation, attachment, deck) over Dorm C-Unit. Current roof system has reached the end of life cycle and requires full replacement. Design services should encompass phases 400, 500, 600, and 700. This will include an initial analysis of existing conditions, development of bidding and construction documents, and construction administration services Please NOTE: o Proposal responses MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS.
