The work comprises the construction of the NW Transportation and Maintenance Facility and Ag Science Facility - Barn No. 10 for Katy Independent School District,Katy, Texas, NW Transportation & Maintenance Facility 25030 Longenbaugh Rd Katy, Texas 77493 AND: Ag Science Facility - Barn 10 Katy Independent School District Katy, TX PROPOSAL BOND: A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the greatest amount proposal must accompany each Offeror's proposal. PAYMENT BOND AND PERFORMANCE BOND: A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required.
