The Chase County Commissioners are seeking bids for the replacement of the Chase County Courthouse Roof and other county buildings, they are wanting to use Asphalt and EPDM materials. Roofing Specs for hail damage replacement Courthouse roof: Fully adhered EPDM Roof see attachments for measurements. Remove and replace FA .60 mil EPDM membrane with 1 ” Polyiso insulation. Furnish and install curb, wall, and penetration flashings. Furnish and install new 24-gauge edge metal. Asphalt shingles. Moisture Guard Membrane on eaves Fair Grounds Buildings: Lions Club BuildingRemove and replace asphalt shingles. Moisture Guard Membrane on eaves Remove and replace Eyelet Hooks and L Brackets to watertight cond. Deck repair (West End) Restroom BuildingRemove and replace asphalt shingles.
