California Prison Industry Authority is soliciting for a turnkey suspended ceiling system for three Cognitive Behavioral Treatment modular buildings in Folsom, CA at California State Prison - Sacramento. The CALPIA anticipates that the proposed contract term will be for a period of approximately six (6) months with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year. Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License. 2. Business license as required by the city, county, or both as determined by bidder's place of business. In lieu of a Bidder's Bond, CALPIA will also accept a cashier's check or certified cash or check amounting to 10% of the project total. Should any of these manners be pursued, the item will be returned to the bidder once a contract has been fully executed. Be prepared to furnish both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 100% of the bid price should CALPIA choose to award your company a contract.
