Water Treatment Plant Sedimentation Basin Sludge Collection Equipment Replacement. The Project Will Include the Following Described Construction: the Installation of Owner Supplied Sedimentation Basin Sludge Collection System and Ancillary Equipment for Two Existing Basins Complete With All Required Demolition, Removal and Reinstallation of Basin Covers and Tube Settlers, Electrical Modifications, and All Other Appurtenances and Other Work as Shown on the Construction Drawings or Indicated in the Contract Specifications for a Complete and Operational Installation of the Equipment. The City of Lebanon, Tennessee Reserves the Right to Reject Any Proposal for Failure to Comply With All Requirements of the Notice or of Any of the Contract Documents; However, It May Waive Any Minor Defects or Informalities at Its Discretion. The City of Lebanon, Tennessee Further Reserves the Right to Reject All Proposals.
