The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority ("HMCAA") is soliciting statements of qualifications, for quality assurance surveying services and quality assurance materials testing services for the F1 and F2Connectors Project and the Runway 18L-36R Improvements Project. These projects may be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") Airport Improvement Program ("AIP") and/or Passenger Facility Charges ("PFCs"). The selected firm will be required to perform the services in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations that are applicable to an Airport Improvement Program ("AIP"), Federal Transit Administration ("FTA") or Passenger Facility Charge ("PFC") funded projects. All work will be subject to FAA/FTA approval. Selection of a consultant and any agreement or contract entered into will be in accordance with the provisions of FAA AC 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. The DBE Goal for these professional services is Zero Percent (0%). Therefore, ability to meet the DBE Goal is not one of the evaluation criteria.
