Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In order to participate in this bid you must submit your responses electronically through this online system. Bidders must be registered in online to review more details regarding this opportunity. The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for: 1. Building Demolition including footings foundations and all appurtenances. 2. Pavement removal and grading each zone to specified elevations. 3. Placing Concrete paving as shown on the plans 4. Removing and replacing concrete curb and gutters. 5. Removing and replacing sidewalk panels. 6. Removing and Replacing ADA Ramps. 7. Installation of pavement, storm sewer, and landscaping as shown on the plans. 8. Irrigation as described on the plans. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 at 5:00 PM CT In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by the University of Nebraska Procurement Services office no later than this date/time. Questions must be submitted to ebid@nebraska.edu.
