Site work for a water / sewer project in Alexandria, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Sanitary sewermain, lift station and forcemain construction, culvert replacement, temporary erosion control, traffic control, bituminous and aggregate street restoration and turf establishment. Major Contract items include the following approximate quantities: 23,600 LF 8" Sanitary Sewermain 7,200 LF Sanitary Sewer Forcemain (Directional Bore) 4,500 LF Sanitary Sewer Forcemain (Open Trench) 4 EA Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations 3,975 TON Bituminous Pavement 7,400 CY Aggregate Base & Surfacing Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 Sanitary Sewer Extensions Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bidder's bond acceptable to the ALASR in an amount of at least five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid, payable without condition to the ALASR. If the successful Bidder fails to enter into a contract or to give bond as required by law within the specified number of days after the award of the contract; certified check or bidder's bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. The Project consists of sanitary sewer extensions including sanitary sewermain, pump station and forcemain construction, bituminous pavement, concrete, and turf surface restoration.
