The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) desires to enter into a fixed price agreement for the purchase of Precast Concrete Pipe, Manhole Risers, Rings and Cones for one base year and two (2) pre-priced one-year option(s) for the same items. There are two (2) possible option years. Each option is exercisable at the sole discretion of the District, and the Contractor will be given written notification of the District's decision. Additionally, the District will retain the right to extend the Contract for a period of up to six months. The extension to be exercisable by written notice to the Bidder prior to the expiration of the Contract. Pricing for the extension period will be at the final option year pricing.
