Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work consists of general construction and renovation of Building A Rooms 125, 225 and associated rooms, located at 1385 Woodroffe Avenue Ottawa Ontario, K2G 1V8; and further identified as Algonquin College, Science Labs Major Capital Project as further set out in this RFT. The project is to convert an existing gym into a new laboratory space. It's a 2-storey renovation over an area of roughly 18,500 ft2 which includes but is not limited to selective demolition, concrete slab, structural steel, roofing, siding, doors/frames/hardware, walls and ceilings, finishes, casework, lab equipment, fire suppression, mechanical, and electrical.
